Jordan Community
The Jordan community hosts a number of events throughout the year. These include events which are outreach focused, gender specific, and community building.
Gender specific events are organized to provide an environment where attendees build genuine relationships and are equipped to be the men and women they were designed to be.
Outreach focused events are designed to be welcoming and visitor friendly. These events are designed to introduce people to Jesus, real christians and a local church. Jordan attendees are encouraged to invite believing and non-believing friends alike.
Community building events are arranged to solidify established relationships and build new ones within the ministry. These events are specifically geared toward people involved with Jordan and aim to maintain the production of a dynamic culture and community.
The Jordan
The Jordan (aka the J) is a young adult ministry associated with North Coast Church in Vista, CA. Our Thursday night gatherings are tailored for people ages 18-25 whether you are in college, entering the work force, starting a family or still trying to figure things out. We have a place for you. Our mission is to foster authentic gospel-centered community, develop biblical disciples, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible.
Thursday nights we gather as a family of believers to worship God.
- We do this in fellowship around fire pits and in our campus cafe.
- We do this by responding to God with praise and singing.
- We do this by studying his word and responding with obedience.
You can expect plenty of hanging out in community, worship, and studying the bible on a Thursday night.
We invite you to join us on Thursday night. Come by early and grab a coffee or some food at our on campus cafe. Service kicks off at 7:30 with incredible worship followed by solid relevant biblical teaching and afterward hang out with friends and play some games. Grab your friends bring your bibles and we will see you Thursday night.
